At IceBoat, we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied with our products. Due to the nature of our products being food and beverage items, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues you may have with your purchase.
Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be offered in the following situations:
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us at sales@iceboat.co.za within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request supporting documentation, such as photos, to assess the issue.
- Quality Concerns: If you have concerns about the quality of our product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We appreciate detailed feedback and will work to address your concerns.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
